I am Madeline Fain, and I run MF Health Advisors out of Phoenix. For 4 years I have been helping people who do not get insurance through an employer work out what they actually need.

Health insurance is one of the biggest purchases most people make each year, and the one they understand least. That is not their fault. The industry runs on jargon.
I built this practice on the opposite idea. You should be able to explain your own policy back to me in plain language before you ever sign it. If you cannot, I have not finished my job.
Being independent matters here. I am not tied to one company, so I can look at options that are not on public marketplaces and build a shortlist around your health, budget and family.
I also do all of my own customer service. There is no call center and no rotating cast of representatives. When you call MF Health Advisors, you get me, and I already know your file.
